Saturday July 2nd to Monday July 4th. Week-end in Saizerais. Tata Bernadette is now retired from being an aide in a public pre-school for 20 years. Tonton Gaby will retire at the end of August as a truck driver. Gaby is a real pro at the barbecue and Bernadette did the salads and arranged for the desserts. Their oldest Laurence is still working as a secretary and being a good mother to her daughters Margot and Valentine. Olivier continues to manage his roofing company. Margot is in high-school and wants to become a speech pathologist. Valentine is in Junior High. Isabelle and Eric were back in Martinique packing their belongings for the move back to the main land. They had come the week before to drop off the kids in the care of the Bockhornis and his parents as well. Eric who is a captain in the army will be stationned in Aix en Provence. Clémence is a darling girl very friendly and speaks so well. Robin is a boy and in great health. Stéphane reminds of Chris so much. They are from the same mold. He works as a tool salesman and Mélanie, his wife, is an aide in a pre-school. Their cute daughter Romane is just a little angel. It was a pleasure to be with them and to catch up on all the news.
