Notre coup de coeur, je crois, c'est ce si joli village d'Espelette. Bien sûr, l'église et le château des barons d'Ezpeleta avec son exposition permanente sur le "piment dans le monde". La balade dans le village vaut vraiment le détour. En plus, gentil petit restaurant où nous avons mangé l'axoa et frites. Pour couronner le tout, température idéale et ciel bleu. Nous n'avons pas oublié d'emporter du piment d'Espelette et un saucisson au piment justement.

Our favorite, I think, was this cute little village of Espelette. Of course, the church and the mansion of the barons of Ezpeleta with its permanent exposition on "pimento in the world". The walk in the village deserves the detour. In addition, nice little restaurant where we ate the axoa and fries. To top it all off, ideal temperature and blue sky. We did not forget to take some of the pimento of Espelette with us and also a salami with that pimento in it of course.
